*The tyres are placed in this curing chamber and the pre-cured tread becomes adhered to the tyre through a vulcanizing process.Our wide engineering capabilities and experience enable Jinhui to build chambers to suit our clients' different preferences for size, steam heated, electric heated, or double heating system, semi-automatic and automatic chambers.

Used truck tire/tyre retreading machines ----tyre buffing machine*The tyre's old tread is mechanically removed on high speed buffers. Our buffers are extremely accurate and will remove the proper amount of old rubber while turning the tyre to an exact specified diameter and radius.

*In the pre-cure system, the tread rubber has already beenvulcanized with the new tread pattern design.

The precured tread rubber is then applied with the buildingmachine. This is called the Jinhui Building Process

For enveloping, tyres are first fitted an outer envelope attheenvelope-mounting table before the inner envelope is fitted into them.

 The enveloped tyres are then vacuumedout for preparation prior to curing. With professional planning from our engineers,

2.The process as follow

*Inspection: Choose the better tyre .The surface of the tyre must be intact ,both the sides should not have oversize mangler . 

 *Drying- Clean the tyre ,and dry it . 

 *Buffing After drying,the tyre's old tread is mechanically removed on high speed buffers.Then to make second polishing

 and section repairs.

 *Building-The buffed tyre needs a thin layer of cushion gum to be wrapped around its crown area.The precured

 tread rubber is then applied with the Tire Surface Press Fit Machine

 *Enveloping -The built tyres are then mounted with envelops and rims to prepare them for curing.

 *Fixing steel ring After enveloping the tire,fix them on the felly on the working platform.And they are ready for being made

 vacuum and vulcanization.

 *curing by autoclave- The tyre is then placed in a tyre autoclave and pre-cured tread becomes adhered to the tyre through a

 vucanizing process.

 *Final inspection The retreaded tyre is subjected to a final inspection.This inspection insure that only tyres that meet industry

 quality standards are allowed to leave the retread plant.
